As your doula I will provide:

~Three in-home prenatal visits

~Two post-partum visits (in the hospital, at home, or a combination of the two)

~Unlimited phone consultations

~Assistance in writing a birth plan

~Continuous labor support, at home and in the hospital-If you decide to spend some time at home laboring, I carry the necessary equipment and am trained to monitor maternal and fetal well-being (blood pressure, pulse, temperature and fetal heart tones)

~Massage and other non-pharmacological pain relief techniques

~On-call availability from Week 37 of your pregnancy

~For an additional fee I also offer private childbirth education classes. These classes are tailored to the specific needs of each couple. Please contact me for more information.
